Meet Ashraya Riggio, CCHt
Clinical Hypnotherapist • Spiritual Midwife • Holistic Healthcare Practitioner
Founder of Sovereign Soul Woman
Ashraya Riggio is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, holistic healthcare practitioner, medical intuitive, and Spiritual Midwife devoted to helping people return to inner safety, clarity, sovereignty, and a deeper relationship with themselves.
With more than 35 years of experience across medicine, surgery, hospice, end-of-life care, nervous-system work, somatic healing, spiritual practice, and human transformation, Ashraya brings an unusual breadth of experience to her work.
Her path has always lived at the intersection of the clinical and the sacred.
Alongside her years in conventional medicine, she trained and practiced in yoga, meditation, sound healing, bodywork, hypnotherapy, intuitive and energetic work, and contemplative spiritual practice. She is also trained as a death doula, an experience that profoundly informs the way she understands transformation.
Because whether the transition is physical, emotional, psychological, relational, or spiritual, Ashraya has spent decades witnessing the same fundamental process:
Something ends.
Something is released.
Something new begins to emerge.
And somewhere between the two is a threshold.
That threshold is where much of her work takes place.
The Spiritual Midwife
A midwife does not create what is being born.
She does not decide what the birth should become.
She recognizes the process.
She understands the threshold.
She knows when to support, when to guide, when to intervene, and when to simply remain present while another human being moves through something only they can ultimately move through.
Ashraya approaches spiritual transformation in much the same way.
People often find her during seasons when the person they have been can no longer carry them into the life that is trying to emerge.
An identity may be dissolving.
A relationship may have ended.
A long-held survival pattern may no longer work.
A spiritual awakening may have disrupted the way someone once understood themselves.
A period of illness, grief, burnout, loss, transition, or profound inner change may have opened a doorway that cannot simply be closed again.
Ashraya meets people there.
As a Spiritual Midwife, she accompanies the processes of ending, release, transformation, awakening, and rebirth.
Her role is not to tell another person who to become.
It is to help create the conditions in which what is authentic can emerge.
The Work
Ashraya’s work integrates clinical hypnotherapy, inner-child reprogramming, attachment repair, somatic work, nervous-system regulation, spiritual inquiry, intuitive perception, energetic practices, and vibrational frequency medicine.
Her intention is to help clients identify and dissolve the deeper emotional, subconscious, behavioral, somatic, and energetic patterns that keep them operating from survival rather than conscious choice.
Clients may come to her experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, emotional overwhelm, burnout, self-sabotage, relationship patterns, spiritual transition, loss of direction, or the sense that an old version of life has simply stopped fitting.
Rather than treating the person as a collection of symptoms, Ashraya works with the whole human being.
Body.
Nervous system.
Subconscious mind.
Emotional history.
Behavior.
Perception.
Consciousness.
And spirit.
Her work supports clients in moving from survival patterns toward greater coherence, connection, self-awareness, agency, creative power, and wellbeing.
She teaches that when the body experiences greater safety, when unconscious patterns become conscious, and when the parts of the self that have been abandoned or silenced are finally acknowledged, something fundamental can reorganize.
The person does not need to become someone else.
They become increasingly able to inhabit themselves.
The Mission
Ashraya’s mission is to awaken and restore the Sovereign Soul within the individual — the aspect of self that exists beneath conditioning, fear, trauma, survival strategies, external validation, and inherited expectations.
Her signature body of work, Sovereign Soul Woman, represents the archetype of embodied wholeness and personal authorship.
Although the name arose through her work with women, the underlying principle transcends gender.
Sovereignty is the movement from unconscious survival into conscious participation in one’s own life.
It is the ability to recognize what belongs to you and what does not.
To know when an old pattern is operating.
To regulate rather than immediately react.
To trust your perception without becoming rigid.
To choose rather than compulsively repeat.
To stop outsourcing authority.
To live from an increasingly integrated relationship between body, mind, intuition, and consciousness.
Ashraya’s work does not encourage dependence upon a practitioner, teacher, ideology, or healing system.
The intention is the opposite.
Her work is ultimately about restoring authorship.
Not endless healing.
Not endless excavation.
Not the belief that there is always something wrong with you that must be corrected before you can live.
The work is about becoming capable of seeing clearly enough to choose.
The Method
Ashraya’s multidimensional approach weaves clinical precision, trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, intuitive perception, and spiritual practice into one coherent field.
Depending upon the individual and the intention of the session, her work may draw from:
• Clinical hypnotherapy and subconscious transformation
• Inner-child reprogramming and attachment repair
• Somatic nervous-system regulation and trauma resolution
• Behavioral pattern recognition and conscious repatterning
• Sound healing and vibroacoustic frequency therapy
• Access Bars
• Biomat restorative therapy
• Chi Machine and other nervous-system-supportive modalities
• Therapeutic bodywork
• Cupping and restorative physical therapies
• Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and embodied integration
• Medical intuitive work
• Energetic clearing and spiritual practices
• Quantum deliverance and timeline recalibration
• Hospice, grief, death, and transition support
• Spiritual inquiry, awakening, and soul-level integration
No single modality defines the work.
The modality is never the point. The person is.
Ashraya does not apply the same formula to every client.
The work responds to the individual in front of her, what is occurring in that person’s life, what their nervous system can integrate, and what they are genuinely ready to meet.
The experience may therefore be deeply practical, profoundly somatic, psychologically revealing, spiritually significant — or all of these at once.
Ashraya’s work exists where physiology and consciousness meet.
Where the clinical and the intuitive can inform one another rather than compete.
Where the scientific and the sacred are not required to cancel each other out.
Death, Rebirth, and the Threshold
Ashraya’s decades of experience around illness, medicine, hospice, and end-of-life care have given her an unusually grounded relationship with change.
She understands that transformation is not always comfortable.
Sometimes something truly has to end.
An identity.
A belief.
A role.
A relationship.
A coping strategy.
A fantasy.
A way of surviving.
A way of seeing oneself.
Her work honors these endings without romanticizing them.
Because endings and beginnings are often part of the same movement.
This is one of the deepest foundations of her work as a Spiritual Midwife:
accompanying the death of what is complete while protecting the emergence of what is becoming.
A Body of Work in Motion
Ashraya’s teachings, sessions, writings, and transmissions form an evolving body of work.
It continues to unfold through lived experience, practice, observation, spiritual inquiry, revelation, and decades spent sitting with human beings during some of the most consequential moments of their lives.
Her current creations include:
The Sovereign Soul Series — a journey through nervous-system regulation, subconscious transformation, sovereignty, and soul recalibration.
The Deliverance Code — a metaphysical Red-Letter commentary bridging scripture, spiritual discernment, consciousness, and quantum deliverance.
The Code — a living transmission exploring remembrance, energetic hygiene, sovereignty, and personal reclamation.
Each offering belongs to a larger continuum.
An invitation to remember.
To regulate.
To see clearly.
To release what has become complete.
And to consciously participate in what comes next.
The Frequency
Ashraya’s work bridges the clinical and the cosmic, the scientific and the sacred.
As a healthcare practitioner, clinical hypnotherapist, death doula, intuitive, and nervous-system guide, she brings grounded mysticism to the work.
She has walked with people through illness, fear, grief, endings, awakenings, profound uncertainty, and rebirth.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that spirituality is not an escape from being human.
It is an invitation to become more deeply embodied within the human experience.
Healing is not about transcending the body.
The body is part of the revelation.
The nervous system is part of the revelation.
The patterns are part of the revelation.
The places where we abandon ourselves are part of the revelation.
And the moment we begin consciously participating in our own lives is part of the revelation.
Her message is simple:
Healing is remembrance. Regulation is revelation.
Sovereignty is destiny.
The Heart of the Work
Ashraya does not see herself as the authority over another person’s life.
She brings her training, experience, presence, intuition, clinical understanding, spiritual discernment, and energetic awareness into the room.
But the ultimate authority belongs to the person sitting across from her.
A Spiritual Midwife cannot birth another person’s life for them.
She can recognize the threshold.
She can help regulate the environment.
She can identify what may be obstructing the process.
She can support what is emerging.
She can remain steady when the transition becomes uncomfortable.
She can remind the person of what they already know when fear temporarily makes them forget.
But the crossing belongs to them.
That is the heart of Ashraya’s work.
Not creating a new person.
Helping someone come home to the person who was waiting underneath everything they learned they had to become.
Disclaimer
Ashraya brings the full breadth of her professional training, clinical experience, intuitive perception, spiritual practice, and energetic work to her sessions.
Her holistic and spiritual services are intended to support personal growth, nervous-system regulation, self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, spiritual exploration, and transformation.
They are not a substitute for appropriate medical care, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services.
Clients remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions and are encouraged to work with appropriately licensed medical or mental-health professionals whenever needed.
Ashraya’s role is not to replace conventional care.
It is to offer another dimension of support — one that honors the physical, emotional, psychological, somatic, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of the human experience.
